Daniya Tamendarova, Head of Publications

Daniya Tamendarova is the Head of Publications at the International Center for Alcohol Policies (ICAP). Prior to joining ICAP in 2003, Daniya was a researcher for the US Institute of Peace, the Economic Strategy Institute, Cato Institute and the Museum of Jewish Heritage in New York, NY. She holds an undergraduate degree in political science, international relations and history from the College of St. Elizabeth, NJ, and an MA in German and European Studies from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. A native of Kazakhstan, Daniya is bilingual in English and Russian and is working on her proficiency in German.
